I consent to 1000 Islands CDC collecting, using, retaining and disclosing the information contained in this application to FedDev Ontario for the limited purpose of determining my eligibility for funding as is required by law, and by FedDev Ontario. I understand that 1000 Islands CDC will handle my application in strict confidence in accordance with Federal privacy law.

How long will EODP funding be available?

EODP funding will be available from April 1, 2014 – December 31, 2018 but applicants are encouraged to apply early as funding is limited.

How much funding can FOR PROFIT business apply for?

The maximum amount of funding eligible for any commercial enterprise is $100,000 over the period April 1, 2014 – December 31, 2018.

EODP funding is limited to a maximum of 50% total funding. The balance of expenses may be supported by the applicant, community, other government programming or any other avenue available.

How much funding can a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization apply for?

The maximum amount of funding eligible for any “not-for-profit” organization is $100,000 per project.

What types of projects are given priority consideration?

Priority is offered to those projects that result in the creation of new jobs, increased revenues, development of new products/processes/markets and diversification of the local economy.

Will outcomes of my project be open to review?

Applicants must clearly identify how they propose to measure project outcomes and all outcome results must be verifiable and available for our review.
