Regional Funding Support

Announced at 1000 Islands CDC Annual General Meeting

The 1000 Islands CDC has assisted dozens of local private and public organizations wishing to pursue support from various government funding programs. In addition to managing the programs we are formally responsible for, we play an active and important role ensuring that significant amounts continue to be invested annually in our region. We extend immense gratitude to our late but very great Member of Parliament, Mr. Gord Brown, who was so very instrumental in convincing senior government officials and politicians to give fair and due consideration to countless local initiatives.
