Ms. Trish McNamara, Executive Director, is responsible for the daily operation of the 1000 Islands CDC.  Her duties include office administration, financial control/management, budgeting, human resources, program management, loan fund oversight, public relations, board liaison, program reporting, funding proposal preparation and so on.  She participates with numerous boards and committees throughout the region.  Trish has a strong connection and commitment to the Thousand Islands region and is excited to continue in a more active role within the 1000 Islands Community Development Corporation and contribute to its legacy.   She has been employed by the 1000 Islands CDC since 2024.

Ms. Candace Fox, Business Loans Officer, is responsible for review, recommendation and file management for all 1000 Islands CDC loan clients.  She also offers business start up and counselling advice to a large base of customers.  She has an extensive banking background, primarily as a mortgage specialist, and has been actively involved in the community for many years.  She is also our primary liaison with the Leeds & Grenville Small Business Enterprise Centre.  Candace joined staff of the 1000 Islands CDC in 2023.

Ms. Janice Lawrence, Office Administrator, is responsible for office administration of the 1000 Islands CDC.  She administers corporate financial records, maintains client files, organizes meetings, prepares reports and works with clients on a daily basis.  She is regularly involved in community events and is well known in many social circles. Janice joined the 1000 Islands CDC staff in 2003.
